Abstract
A statistical algorithm for the assessment and forecasting of psychophysical readiness and suitability of studying youth to military professional activity is proposed. The algorithm maps matrices of psychophysical criteria of readiness and suitability of subjects to concrete profiles (extreme, operator and engineering and general) of military professional activity.

MATHEMATICAL MODELING

Abstract
A system of modeling organization clients behavior is proposed and studied, as well as its functional and architectural solutions. A client identification mechanism based on control and dynamic parameters of a given objective function is proposed.

Abstract
A QM/MM method for pre-polymerization complex computer modeling followed by an insilica research of bimolecular properties of imprinted polymers can be applied to optimize and estimate the efficiency of imprinted polymers fabrication and usage under various conditions. Isolated pre-polymerization complex modeling of 3-o-acetiladenosine with various number of monomers of acrilamid, metacrilic acid and 3-vinyl benzol acid and with different molar ratio is carried out. The results of QM/MM modeling are compared with the SCF method results in terms of computer resource consumption and parallelization efficiency.

Abstract
A generic method for computer networks diagnosis is proposed, which is based on the
theory of pattern recognition. We suggest to model the network status on the basis of the observed traffic's characteristics. Implementation mechanisms of all diagnostic stages are considered. They include formation of the dictionaries and performing procedures of training and classification.

Abstract
A hybrid no-loss compression algorithm is proposed. It is based on a new local adaptive lifting discrete wavelet transformation, which provides higher accurate approximation of smooth, edge and texture image areas and minimization of side information on adaptation, and on a tree-block wavelet structures that control the trade-off between the speed and compression ratios. The simulation results of the proposed algorithm show that its compression efficiency is superior to standard JPEG2000 algorithm for test gray scale images France, Mandrill, Barbara and Lena on 6, 10, 8 and 8 %, respectively.

Abstract
The essence of principal components analysis and the problem of dimension reduction are described. A method of principal components calculation is presented, which is based on the covariance matrix eigenvalues determination. Practical implementations of principal components analysis are described, which are based on QR-algorithm. Application of principal components analysis in space images classification for the reduction of training samples dimension is discussed.

Abstract
Steganography is a method of hiding information in other information of different format (container). There are many steganography techniques with various types of container. In the Internet, digital images are the most popular and frequently used containers. We consider main image steganography techniques and their advantages and disadvantages. We also identify the requirements of a good steganography algorithm and compare various such algorithms.

Abstract
Polynomial algorithms for finding the minimum number of processing units in the problem of scheduling heterogeneous competing processes on parallel processors are developed. The algorithms ensure minimum completion time of all the processes and their completion by the specified deadline.

Abstract
The problem of development of an integrated characteristic base of a modular number system defined on the ranges of non-negative integers is studied. A mechanism of interval-modular forms of integer numbers is applied to solve this problem. Interval index characteristics – the interval index and the main interval index - play a key role in this mechanism. Priority of these characteristics is explained by their essential advantages over known integrated characteristics of a modular code when optimizing algorithms of non-modular operations.

Abstract
The question of increasing performance of a device with no memory, which develops a sequence of discrete signals, is considered. A problem is set to divide a given multilevel combinational circuit into a given number of cascades with registers providing pipeline-wise development of incoming signals. To solve this problem we use a model based on representation of combinational circuit as a directed graph. In the process of solving this problem, the frequency of incoming signals is established. This frequency must be as high as possible.
