Abstract
A combined method of finite differences and boundary elements is applied to solve a nonlinear conjugate problem of magnetostatics describing, the interaction of a uniform magnetic field with a cylindrical magnetic fluid layer. Magnetic permeability of the fluid is considered to be a non-linearly dependent on the magnetic field intensity. Shielding properties of a cylindrical thick-walled magneticfluid layer, depending on the external magnetic field intensity, are investigated. A shielding effectiveness factor is calculated.

Abstract
An analytical solution of axially symmetric problem for determining the field of an electrostatic dipole located inside a thin unclosed oblate ellipsoidal shell in the presence of a grounded plane is constructed. Using the addition theorems connecting spherical, ellipsoidal and cylindrical harmonic functions, the solution of the boundary problem is reduced to the solution of dual series equations by the Legendre polynomials that are transformed to an infinite system of linear algebraic equations of the second kind with a completely continuous operator. The influence of the geometrical parameters of the problem on the value of the secondary potential of the electrostatic field is numerically investigated, the corresponding graphs are given.

Abstract
The main stages of mesh creation and computational modeling the superheated steam flows into the setting parts of microturbine based on modern program packages have been considered. A method for energy loss calculation into the setting parts of microturbine and efficiency estimation based on computational modeling the superheated steam flows (arising from fluid converter rotation) has been developed. To improve turbo-aggregate construction the finite element model of the setting parts of microturbine has been modified. Further computational modeling the superheated steam flows into the modified setting parts of micro-turbine showed the efficiency increasing on 3 %.

Abstract
Testing on the manufacturability with ensuring the functionality requirements of the product determines the analysis of a large number of designs. The paper proposed a method of forming CAE models from CAD models, taking into account simplification models (with the exception of nonfunctional elements, the use of symmetry, etc.), add the missing data (including the use of the properties of materials differ from the CAD model), the possibility of a multidisciplinary analysis in one or more software systems. An example of design and technological elaboration of the plunger of forced hydraulic machine is shown.

Abstract
A locally optimal algorithm is proposed to form a permutation of variables, which are used to obtain successive Shannon decompositions of a system of disjunctive normal forms of completely specified Boolean functions. The goal of it is a multilevel representation of functions which is called a reduced ordered Binary Decision Diagram. The results of experimental comparison of the program implementing the proposed algorithm and the program implementing the algorithm for enumeration of random permutations are given. The results show the advantage of the proposed algorithm when it is used for synthesis of logical circuits on the basis of library elements.

Abstract
Modern RAM tests and methods for their generation are analyzed and investigated. The wide application of pseudoexhaustive tests as the main test procedure for modern computer systems has been proved. The main estimates and metrics for so kind of tests are obtained. The values of analytical estimates have been validated by the experimental investigations.

Abstract
The paper describes new properties of the singular matrix decomposition. It is shown that permutation of rows or columns of the matrix or matrix rotation by 90 degrees does not change the set of its singular numbers. However, variation the value of at least one matrix element or permutation of any two matrix elements leads to a modification of the whole set of the singular numbers. Examples of image sharpening and contrast enhancement by modification of the singular numbers are given.

Abstract
The paper proposes an algorithm for automatic national transcription generation of texts in Belarusian, which is based on «grapheme-to-phoneme» conversion method of phonetic processor in textto-speech synthesis system. The paper describes a prototype of transcription generation system, which is developed on the basis of presented algorithm. This algorithm made it possible to generate automatically an array of correspondences «word – transcription» for the first full pronouncing dictionary of the Belarusian language.

Abstract
A method of improving the accuracy of navigation solutions in immobility mode between motion phases for loosely coupled inertial-satellite system with MEMS sensors is proposed. The method is based on invariance of the dynamic system state while stationary. The test results show the decrease of variation in estimation of geographical coordinates and velocities, and the increase of accuracy of determining the pitch and roll angles for dynamic systems, as well as the lack of increase of the course error.
