Abstract
A technique for the solution of the boundary-value problem of transmission of partial symmetric E- and H-polarized waves of a circular regular waveguide that has a perfectly conducting boundary and contains an azimuthing symmetric inhomogeneous diaphragm made from bianisotropic-gyrotropic materials and with a impedance boundary conditions in region of diaphragm is developed. The boun-dary-value problem reduces to the numerical solution of a system of equations with the partial deriva-tives for two scalar potentials. Conditions providing for the transformation of H01-wave into E01-wave under the transmission through a plane diaphragm having various bianisotropy property and absorp-tion of electromagnetic energy in the wall of waveguide are analyzed.

Abstract
A method of screening a cardiovascular system state using original software, which realizes ma-thematical analysis of oscillometry data in terms of biomechanical model of hemodynamics, is de-scribed. The screening, based on the proposed method, allows to expand the possibilities of classical oscillometry and to obtain the important information about the state of heart and blood vessels as well as the adaptability of humans (particularly, athletes) under various physiological loads.

Abstract
An adaptive neurocontroller for autonomous robotic vehicle control, which is designed to generate control signals (according to preprogrammed motion algorithm) and to develop individual reactions to some external impacts during functioning process, that allows the robot to adapt to external environment changes, is suggested. To debug and test the proposed neurocontroller a specially designed program, able to simulate the sensory and executive systems operation of the robotic vehicle, is used.

Abstract
The results of the developed algorithm of parallel computing program implementation of non-isothermal moisture transfer in natural dispersed environments in the Matlab package are considered. Comparative studies of the computing model performance of contaminants transport by the proposed algorithm and use of Matlab at the standard instruction level showed a significant reduction in compu-tation time.

Abstract
A new technology of intelligent decision support on Forex, including forming algorithms of trading signals, rules for the training sample based on technical indicators, which have the highest correlation with the price, the method of reducing the number of losing trades, is proposed. The last is based on an analysis of the wave structure of the market, while the beginning of the cycle (the wave number one) is offered to be identified using Bill Williams Oscillator (Awesome oscillator). The process chain of constructing neuro-fuzzy model using software package MatLab is described.

Abstract
The article presents the results of synthesis and simulation of a two-parameter corrector of frequency characteristics of the active noise interference compensator for the case when the fre-quency characteristics of the reception channels are described by the frequency response of the os-cillator. The synthesis of the structure of corrector is based on presenting the frequency characteris-tics of the receiving channels as a bipolar model. Comparison of the effectiveness of the proposed two-parameter corrector frequency characteristics and the one-parameter corrector based on narrow-band approximation of the frequency response of the oscillator is performed by simulation. It is shown that the potential effectiveness of a one-parameter equalizer of frequency characteristics is less than potential effectiveness of a two-parameter corrector.

Abstract
A new approach to the problem of extraction of linear objects on aerial photographs and satellite images is presented. An interactive algorithm of detection of linear objects by broken lines, based on the developed approach, is offered. The algorithm provides fast detection of linear objects,it is easy tuned and convenient for practical use. It is enough precise and reliable to process middle or low reso-lution aerial photographs and satellite images. Specificity of its parallel program implementation is also described. The developed parallel program implementation allowed to reduce the execution time of the algorithm by several orders. Estimates of execution time of versions of the algorithm, which are intended for video cards, are given in the article.

The robust version of the spatial scanning statistics for clustering is proposed. Spatio-temporal cluster analysis algorithms were used for the cluster detection of incidence of thyroid carcinoma. Me-thods and algorithms of detection and building clusters for disease on studying territories are consi-dered.

Abstract
In the paper the role of texture (pixel values) in a task of emotion recognition in the image of a face is explored. Texture-based method is compared to classic methods based on coordinates of key point. In addition, a new combined method is presented that unites both sets of features.

Abstract
One of the problems of defining the rational cutting modes of batch processing of different parts on multi-position multi-tool equipment is considered. It is assumed that the modes for identical parts should be the same and the modes for different parts could be different while maintaining the kinemat-ic relations between rotational speeds of the spindles of one spindle box. The mathematical model of the problem is developed. The model is aimed at minimizing the cost of batch processing taking into account the required throughput and technological constraints for each of the tools. The two-level de-composition approach to solve the problem is proposed.

Abstract
The problems of choosing the optimal standard size of the basic units and assembly components of machine tools for batch processing of parts are considered. The algorithms for solving some of these problems by optimizing of mutual disposition of unit elements are proposed. The algorithm for constructing 3D-models of machine tool layout elements in the graphics system T-Flex is pro-posed. The structure and method for implementation of the software for construction and estimation of the machine tool layouts for batch processing are given.

Abstract
The paper focuses on finalizing the method of finding a polygon Boolean formula in disjunctive normal form, described in the previous article [1]. An improved method eliminates the drawback asso-ciated with the existence of a class of problems for which the solution is only approximate. The pro-posed method always allows to find an exact solution. The method can be used, in particular, in the systems of computer-aided design of integrated circuits topology.
