MUSCLE MRI SEGMENTATION USING RANDOM WALKER METHOD
Abstract
A technique of marker set construction for muscle MRI segmentation using random walker approach is introduced. The possibility of clinician’s manual labor amount reduction and random walker algorithm optimization is studied.
